Because exercising isn't half as much fun or rewarding as when other people know about it. Also, I need something to get me back in my running shoes and keep me motivated.

Belly, Butt, Thighs
Today, I did the Belly, Butt, and Thighs routines from Crunch Pilates. I realized I've been focused so much on my arms and legs, that my core area hasn't had much exercise. It felt good!
